Job Summary
Prepare the dining room before service (setting the tables, arranging stations). Assist the floor team with responsiveness, precision and teamwork. Clear, reset, anticipate needs, and maintain cleanliness and harmony of the dining room throughout service. Be motivated, curious, and oriented toward others; stay dynamic, polyvalent, and organized; keep calm in all circumstances. Demonstrate warmth and kindness with clients and colleagues, and adapt to last-minute requests while delivering attentive service. Prior experience in a similar role in a luxury establishment is a plus. The position is staff status for a seasonal period starting May 2026 in Dinard, France, with night-hour premiums and various incentives offered by Barrière.
