Ensure table cleanliness, including linens, glassware, and cutlery, while maintaining the restaurant and kitchen areas. Liaise between the dining room and kitchen by delivering dishes and clearing tables. Assist the head of table in setting up and resetting tables during and after service. Manage receipt of linens and equipment at the consoles.
