Manage table cleanliness, including clearing dishes and resetting place settings, while maintaining the restaurant and office areas. Liaise between the dining room and kitchen by delivering dishes and clearing tables. Assist the head of table with table setup before and after service, and handle linen and equipment intake at the consoles. This role is a fixed-term contract (CDD) for a commis de salle at Le Deauville in Deauville. The position offers progression toward a chef de rang role within the Beaumarly group, which operates 27 hotel and restaurant locations across France.
