Job Summary
Assist Maître d'hôtel and Chefs de rang in service, manage office equipment maintenance and cleanliness, and coordinate dish flow between the kitchen and dining room. Clear consoles using trays and respond to kitchen calls to remove plates. Provide a warm, personalized welcome to guests while ensuring attentive service and strict hygiene standards. Requires hotel training and significant prior experience at a similar establishment, with excellent presentation and team organization skills. English proficiency is a plus.
