Commis de Salle (H/F) - L'Arnsbourg

Assist the Maître d'hôtel and Chefs de rang in service, manage office equipment maintenance and cleanliness, and act as the liaison between the kitchen and dining room for plating. Clear tables using trays, respond to kitchen calls to remove dishes, and ensure high standards of hygiene. Deliver a warm, personalized welcome to guests and provide attentive service throughout the dining experience. The role requires a hotel training background, significant prior experience, excellent presentation, strong interpersonal skills, and a keen sense of organization and teamwork. Proficiency in English or German is a plus. A valid Permis B is required.
