Set up the dining room for service by dressing tables, cleaning floors, and polishing surfaces. During service, arrange bread and butter, perform clearing duties, and execute additional tasks per manager directives. After service, clear tables and organize the room. Participate in breakfast service. Requires prior restaurant experience, attention to detail, and a strong sense of hospitality. English skills are a plus.
