Commis de Rang sought for DaV Restaurant at Splendido Mare (Belmond) Portofino, reporting to Restaurant Manager. Responsibilities include supporting Food & Beverage operations at DaV Restaurant, managing mise en place, assisting the Chef de Rang during service, preparing floors/tables/linens and ensuring an exceptional guest experience from seating to service.
