Support the Demichefs and Chefs de Rang with station management, including serving dishes and beverages, setting tables, and ensuring seamless service flow. Execute meticulous mise en place and organization for the service area, participating in opening and closing procedures while maintaining a clean workspace. Provide attentive guest reception, anticipate guest needs, and relay feedback directly to the Demichef or Supervisor. Adhere strictly to fire safety, HACCP hygiene, and Kempinski grooming standards while actively engaging in team training, meetings, and inventory tasks.
