Job Summary
Prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner items in accordance with production requirements and quality standards following recipes; complete mis en place and set up station for service. Assist in vegetable and condiment prep for the next shift; start items prepared ahead of time and avoid over-preparing. Operate, maintain, and clean kitchen equipment including deep fryer, broiler, stove, steamer, food processor, mixer, slicer, oven, steam table, tilt kettle, waffle iron, and flat top grill. This full-time, seasonal role is based at the San Domenico Palace in Taormina; the candidate must have the legal right to work in Italy and be flexible to work weekends and holidays.
