Job Summary
Commis de Partie at Hangar-7 Salzburg Airport in Restaurant Ikarus. Responsible for preparing and organizing mise en place for both cold and hot dishes, and for supporting the Chef de Partie in preparations across Restaurant Ikarus, Carpe Diem Lounge-Café, and Mayday Bar. Ensure cleanliness and compliance with HACCP and food-safety standards.
