Job Summary
Commis de Cuisine for the 2026 season (minimum 6-7 months) at Four Seasons Astir Palace Athens. Prepare and cook food according to standard procedures and recipe cards; assist in inspecting taste, temperature, and presentation to ensure uniformity and adherence to portion standards; support product development and day-to-day kitchen operations while maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene; ensure proper sanitation and organization in the kitchen; assist in requisitions and preparation of ingredients and work closely with all chefs to uphold Four Seasons culinary standards; participate in producing room amenities and special requests, and respond to hotel emergencies as required. Fluency in English is essential; Greek is an advantage. Knowledge of general cooking techniques and sanitation certification is a plus. Minimum education is a high school diploma or equivalent; European work eligibility is required.
