Assist the Head Chef and Second Chef on all missions to propose high-end menus blending flavors for residents and their families. Contribute to the well-being of 80 residents within a multidisciplinary brigade at Villa Beausoleil, a family-owned restaurant offering bistronomique dining with less irregular hours than traditional catering. Participate in culinary workshops, co-create recipe books, and organize in-room animations. Requires a CAP/BEP in cuisine with at least three years of experience in a bistronomique or gastronomic environment.
