Job Summary
Assist in production of sushi products (sushi, makis, Californias, Spring Rolls) and master all recipes. Ensure proper setup of fridges and preparations, maintain the stand, and uphold HACCP hygiene standards. Check expiry dates daily and keep the stand and stocks organized. Opportunity for progression to cook, assistant chef, or head chef within Hana Group. Training available via HANACADEMY for beginners. Two days off per week, including Sunday. Hourly gross wage of 12.30 €, equating to roughly 1,865.81 € monthly gross on a 35-hour week. Possibility of geographic mobility within France due to a large network of points of sale, plus benefits such as transport subsidies and participation in company results. Required Qualifications
- HACCP knowledge and hygiene standards
- experience in sushi-oriented cuisine preferred or willingness to train
- availability for a 6h-11h shift start and 14h-19h end
- training opportunity via HANACADEMY
- ability to set up fridges and preparations
- ability to produce complete product ranges (sushi, maki, Californias, spring rolls)
