Job Summary
Commis de cuisine for a 30-hour CDD with Hana Group in Istres (Provence-Alpes-Côle d'Azur). Responsibilities include ensuring smooth production per Sushi Gourmet/Sushi Market/Izakaya standards, preparing all product ranges (sushi, maki, Californias, spring rolls), mastering all recipes, setting up fridges and preparations, enforcing HACCP rules, daily expiry checks, cleaning and stocking the stand, and supporting evolution to cook/assistant chef/chef.
