As a Commis de Cuisine at Zuma Cannes, you will maintain mise en place levels to guarantee smooth service with a focus on quality, consistency, and impeccable presentation; learn across kitchen sections under senior chefs; inspect incoming goods for quality and proper storage to minimize waste; prepare food according to recipes with precision and high standards; conduct daily hygiene checks in storage areas and maintain clean, organized workstations; follow health & safety and food safety regulations to ensure a safe and compliant work environment. Required Qualifications
