Job Summary
Fulfill bar operations according to company policies and high standards while supporting the bartender with service. Manage mise en place by cleaning and setting up workspaces and equipment. Monitor all aspects of the customer experience from the restaurant layout before guests arrive to the service they receive, acting to enhance flawless service and anticipate needs. This seasonal role runs from October 2026 to January 2027 with a salary based on the CCNL plus seniority increases. The position offers accommodation, bus tickets, and staff canteen access. Candidates must be fluent in Italian with basic English and demonstrate emotional intelligence and adaptability.
Required Qualifications
- Effective communication: communicate clearly and in an appropriate manner (both verbally and non-verbally)
- Emotional intelligence: demonstrate sensitivity to the needs and emotions of guests and colleagues and adjust his/her style to them. Manage own emotions in challenging situations
- Adaptability: identify when a different approach is needed and offer solutions
- Try and adopt new ways of doing things
- Collaboration: be able and willing to work as a team player e share information and skills and actively seek and provide feedback
- Fluent in Italian and basic level of English
- Previous professional experience in a similar role, also with school internships
- Passion for service and ambition to grow professionally
Desired Qualifications
