Commis de Bar (m/w/d)

Bartenders will oversee guest service beyond the bar, building relationships across the hotel and community to anticipate and deliver guests’ needs. They will ensure the bar looks and functions flawlessly, apply knowledge of trends and micro-local offerings, and manage the information provided to guests and the money that moves through their hands. Key duties include hosting the space, demonstrating professional appearance and behavior, protecting assets, and adhering to company policies. Physical duties include standing for long periods and the ability to move, lift, carry (up to 25 pounds), reach overhead and bend/twist as needed. Education and experience requirements include a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of related work experience; supervisory experience is not required. License or certification is none.
