Stock the assigned kitchen with raw materials and ingredients daily, maintaining high standards of personal hygiene and appearance. Operate all electrical and mechanical kitchen equipment while strictly observing safety precautions and HACCP food safety protocols. Execute fire and life safety/emergency procedures, clean and maintain food production area equipment, and promptly report hazards or unsafe conditions to the supervisor. Attend all briefings, meetings, and management-assigned trainings. Perform other reasonable duties as directed by management.
