Commis Chef

Breakfast Commis Chef will support the Head Chef by preparing foods for all service areas to meet Head Chef standards, demonstrate full product and facilities knowledge to deliver exceptional guest experiences, ensure prompt and efficient service preparation, collaborate with colleagues to deliver engaging experiences, and assist in promoting and maintaining AA Rosette standards across required areas. Essential skills include excellent organization, ability to convey the guest experience through the role, and strong communication and self-organization to meet diverse guest expectations; a good command of English is essential, with another language advantageous.
