Assist the Chef de Partie with preparation of mis-en-place and cooking food to required high standards, ensuring dishes are ready for guests at the right time in line with brand standards. Maintain clean workspaces and equipment while adhering to food hygiene requirements. Enjoy free meals on duty, uniform provided and dry cleaned, and staff accommodation available from £338 per month. Receive 28 days holiday with enhancements after five years.
