Job Summary
Prepare breads and pastries, including doughs, fillings, proofing, baking, and decorating per recipes and quality standards; review production sheets to understand daily baked goods; maintain food safety logs and comply with hygiene procedures; monitor appliance and food temperatures; assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and coaching staff; serve as a role model and mentor, fostering teamwork and confidentiality; follow safety, security, and company policies; move objects up to 25 pounds, and stand for extended periods. Preferred qualification includes Technical, Trade, or Vocational School degree; at least 2 years related experience; no supervisory requirement.
