Job Summary
Prepare sushi and dim sum dishes while maintaining workstation cleanliness and managing supplies. Ensure meals meet high presentation standards and adhere to local hygiene laws. Assist with washing up and complete ad-hoc kitchen duties as needed. Lift and move objects up to 50lbs, including bending and kneeling. Work night, weekend, and holiday shifts with flexibility. Required Qualifications
- Sound knowledge and hands-on experience in preparing Sushi and Dim Sum
- The strength to lift, push and pull big objects up to 50lbs (23 kg) which can also involve bending and kneeling
- A good grasp of reading, writing and basic maths
- The flexibility to work night, weekend and holiday shifts
- Compliance with local laws on food handling and serving alcohol
- Being above the minimum age required
- Fluency in the local language
- Great communication skills
