Prepare ingredients for cooking including portioning, chopping, washing, weighing, and measuring; prepare and cook food according to recipes and standards; operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers; monitor food quality, set up/break down workstation, and serve portions; maintain cleanliness and safety; follow policies and maintain professional communication; collaborate with team and protect company assets.
