Job Summary
Commis Chef works alongside the Chef de Partie to ensure quality food service across client workplaces. Responsibilities include keeping up-to-date knowledge of the menu and special offers, operating relevant kitchen equipment and reporting maintenance needs, handling till procedures as needed, maintaining cleanliness and stock in the assigned area, and adhering to COSHH, Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations. The role emphasizes customer service excellence, team collaboration, and delivering a great food experience on a Monday-to-Friday schedule in Cambridge, with competitive hourly pay and benefits.
