Job Summary
Commis Chef at Sudima Auckland Airport (NZ) — full-time permanent role based at Auckland Airport. Responsibilities include planning menus, estimating food and labour costs, ordering food supplies, monitoring quality and presentation of dishes, training staff, maintaining hygiene standards, and supporting senior chefs. Requires at least three years of experience in a busy kitchen or NZQF Diploma (ANZSCO Skill Level 2); flexible to rostered shifts including weekends and late nights; pay rate $27/hour with a minimum of 30 hours per week on rotation. Must have the legal right to work in New Zealand. Location is Auckland Airport, Auckland, New Zealand.
Required Qualifications
