Commis Chef in In-Room Dining at Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour. You will work closely with experienced chefs to prepare, cook, and plate menu items for in-room dining, maintaining immaculate workstations and upholding high hygiene and food-safety standards. The role requires a Certificate in Commercial Cookery and hands-on experience in high-end or fine dining kitchens. You will contribute to a seamless, luxurious guest experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with a proactive, can-do attitude and a rotating roster that includes weekends and public holidays.
