Job Summary
Prepare food and provide prompt, courteous, and accurate service to all customers as per set standards. Produce all necessary food for food service operations as required and as instructed by the senior Chef. Maintain quality and quantity control in all aspects, from portion control to product freshness. Plate and present meal items according to senior instructions while judging raw material quality to ensure finished products meet standards. This seasonal role at Mount Nelson, A Belmond Hotel, supports the team shaping the culinary experience of guests in a luxury environment focused on developing skills for the future of hospitality.
