Commis Chef at Atelier by Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour, contributing to refined, luxury dining by maintaining immaculate workstations, preparing and plating menu items to perfection, and supporting the seamless flow of service in a high-end, award-winning restaurant. Work alongside experienced chefs to uphold Sofitel’s exacting standards, with a focus on precision, creativity, and gastronomy. Holds a Certificate in Commercial Cookery and demonstrates hygiene, food safety (HACCP) practices, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen. Rotating roster including weekends and public holidays; Australian working rights required.
