Job Summary
Commis Chef needed at Mantra Club Croc to prepare dishes to property standards, maintain high quality and presentation, adhere to HACCP and health/safety regulations, and work with senior chefs. Responsibilities include a range of kitchen tasks from dishwashing to crafting dishes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in food preparation, and contributing to a fast-paced team. Ongoing training from senior chefs is provided. Requirements include recognised culinary training, a commercial cookery certification, and preferably a safe food handling certificate or food safety supervisor. The role requires flexible availability for mornings, late evenings, weekends, and public holidays, with strong communication and teamwork skills. Accor benefits are included.
