Job Summary
Commis Chef needed in Sydney Lounges to support high-quality kitchen operations between a la carte and buffet environments. Responsible for ingredient preparation, applying cooking methods under senior chefs, following recipes, plating dishes to standard, and maintaining kitchen safety and sanitation. Must have Cert IV cookery or equivalent, a Certificate III in Cookery, and be able to secure Federal Police clearance; candidates should demonstrate teamwork, high attention to detail, and enjoy a fast-paced, luxury hospitality environment. Regulatory requirements include full Australian working rights and ability to pass a Federal Police check; role offers benefits such as staff travel and hotel discounts.
