Job Summary
Manage credit operations and ensure data consistency across SAP and Highradius systems. Analyze, control, and receive logistics invoices from suppliers while investigating outstanding accounts and updating cost tracking files. Process credit documentation, verify client credit request justifications, and coordinate monthly complaint activities with US central teams and internal stakeholders. Handle check deposits by updating monthly dossiers and sending relevant communications. Support continuous improvement initiatives with suppliers and finance teams to enhance process performance. Perform customer service commis replacements when necessary.
Required Qualifications
- D.E.C.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in supply chain, finance, or accounting
- Proficiency in Excel (validated by a test)
- Proficiency in SAP and other computer tools
- English proficiency at an intermediate level (validated by a test)
- Ability to apply problem-solving methods
