Commis - Bakery/Pastry

Assist Pastry Chef / CDP Pastry in daily pastry and bakery operations by preparing mise en place for desserts, pastries, breads, and baked items. Support production of cakes, doughs, creams, and fillings according to standard recipes while ensuring quality, taste, and presentation meet international brand standards. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, follow HACCP and food safety guidelines, and manage proper storage and labeling of ingredients. Operate equipment safely and efficiently, supporting service requirements during peak hours and special events. Located at Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach, a beachfront property within Accor's portfolio.
