Job Summary
Pack orders, verify products against sale orders, and prepare boxes for shipment to regular, wholesaler, and transfer customers. Handle dangerous goods and refrigerated products while entering invoice data into UPS/Fedex software and inspecting packages for accuracy. Update tracking numbers in Syspro, clean shelves, and assist in organizing the warehouse by placing chemicals, devices, and materials. Perform physical inventory of shipping packaging supplies. This role is onsite at the Ville Saint-Laurent warehouse with a Monday-Friday 9:30am-6:00pm schedule and a starting salary of $19.25/hr. Candidates must have a high school diploma, one year of shipping experience, and excellent French communication skills. Forklift certification and knowledge of Syspro are assets.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum one (1) year experience in shipping
- Attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
- Excellent communication skills in French (oral & written)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in pharmaceutical or regulated environment
- Forklift certified
- Knowledge of packing/handling dangerous goods
- Knowledge using hand held scanners
- Knowledge of Syspro
