Job Summary
Prepare ingredients and cook according to recipes and quality standards; operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers; portion and present foods, test for doneness, and monitor temperature and quality throughout service. Set up and break down work stations; maintain cleanliness and safety; follow company policies and safety procedures; communicate clearly and professionally and develop positive working relationships with team members; stand or walk for extended periods and lift objects up to 25 pounds as needed. Preferred education is a high school diploma or GED; at least 1 year of related experience; no supervisory experience required.
