Job Summary
Commis 2 to join the culinary team of a prestigious 5-Star Luxury Hotel. Assist in preparing ingredients and cooking dishes under the guidance of senior kitchen staff; maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations; ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations; collaborate with team to ensure smooth operations and timely service; follow chefs’ instructions and contribute to maintaining high quality throughout food preparation.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Commis 2 in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant preferred
- Basic knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen operations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of food hygiene and safety
- Must be currently in UAE
