Job Summary
Prepare meals and substitute items, regulate oven temperatures, and ensure proper portions, presentation, and garnishes. Maintain food logs, monitor quality, and communicate menu specials and out-of-stock items to staff. Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and coaching employees; enforce safety policies, protect company assets, and uphold confidentiality. Demonstrate professional communication with guests and team members, develop positive working relationships, and support the team to achieve goals. Must be able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and lift objects up to 25 pounds. Requires a vocational/technical degree and at least 3 years of related experience. Located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
