Job Summary
Commis 1 at Sheraton Hai Phong responsible for preparing ingredients, portioning, washing and peeling produce, cooking according to recipes and standards, operating kitchen equipment, monitoring food quality, maintaining cleanliness and safety, and supporting the team to ensure timely service. Requires basic culinary skills, ability to follow recipes and safety procedures, and a professional communication style; HS diploma/GED or equivalent and at least 1 year of related experience are preferred.
