Prepare special meals, regulate oven temperatures, and pull items from freezer storage to thaw. Cook food according to recipes and quality standards while ensuring proper portioning, arrangement, and garnish. Maintain food logs, monitor prepared food quality and quantity, and communicate assistance needs during busy periods. Inform the Chef of excess items and notify Food & Beverage staff of menu specials or out-of-stock items. Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching employees while serving as a role model. Follow all safety policies, report maintenance needs and accidents, and complete required safety training. Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods while lifting objects up to 25 pounds. Perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors.
