Prepare special meals, regulate oven temperatures, and pull food from freezer storage to ensure proper portion and garnish. Cook items according to recipes and quality standards while maintaining food logs and monitoring prepared food quantity. Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching employees while serving as a role model. Anticipate guest service needs and report maintenance issues or unsafe conditions to the manager. Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and lift objects up to 25 pounds. Perform other duties as requested by supervisors.
