Prepare special meals, cook food according to recipes and quality standards, and regulate oven temperatures. Pull items from freezer storage, ensure proper portioning and garnish, and maintain food logs. Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating employees while serving as a role model. Communicate with guests and staff regarding menu specials, out-of-stock items, and service needs. Follow all safety policies, report accidents, and complete required certifications. This role requires standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods and lifting objects up to 25 pounds.
