Job Summary
Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, and food preparation checklists; regulate ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters; thaw items from freezer to refrigerator; ensure proper portions, presentation, and garnish; maintain food logs and communicate needs during busy periods. Inform Chef of excess items for daily specials and update Food & Beverage staff on menu specials and out-of-stock items. Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees; follow all safety policies and procedures; maintain professional appearance and protect company assets. Stand and move for extended periods; lift objects up to 25 pounds; perform other reasonable duties as requested by Supervisors.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree
- Related Work Experience: At least 3 years of related work experience
- License or Certification: None
