Commi II- Tandoor role supporting and assisting in the smooth running of the kitchen department within Radisson Hotel Group properties. Responsibilities include collaborating with colleagues to maximize guest satisfaction, taking ownership of assigned areas, maintaining departmental inventory, ensuring adherence to standards and due diligence, and contributing to growth and development within the kitchen. Requires a Hotel Management diploma/degree, pro-active hands-on approach, strong communication, and the ability to work collaboratively at all levels to deliver exceptional hospitality experiences.
