Job Summary

Lead a sales team of senior individual contributors to achieve revenue goals through strategic planning and resource allocation. Build and nurture relationships with key client executives, manage sales pipelines, analyze win rates, and adapt strategies based on market trends. Drive cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure a coordinated customer experience. Develop targeted business plans and allocate resources to meet margin and sales targets, while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Use new sales technologies and methodologies to improve team efficiency and productivity, and monitor performance against KPIs to identify improvements. Includes opportunity to influence product development with customer feedback and to leverage skills in account management, business development, and strategic thinking.

Required Qualifications

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
  • Typically has 10+ years of job-related experience or 8-10 years of management experience, preferably in sales, business management, project management, or a related field.
