Commercial Operations Specialist focused on driving regional B2B growth and serving as the final authority on contract integrity. Key skills include five to seven years of related experience in B2B sales development, contract auditing, or order management; proficiency with Microsoft Office; ERP systems (BC16) and CRM (SugarCRM); excellent written and verbal communication; and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset for time-sensitive issue resolution.
