Job Summary
Manage strategic vendor relationships for the commercial card platform, including Total Systems, MasterCard, and future additions, ensuring connectivity between vendors, the bank, and customers operates with minimal impact. Coordinate integration of updates and enhancements across platforms and interfaces while providing product schedules to internal teams. Act as technical support for Smart Data Generation 2, MasterCard EMS, and other new programs, managing TSYS settings and initiating technical change controls. Develop custom file feeds, enhance analytical reporting to track program performance and compliance, and reconcile vendor billing to maintain low operating costs. Facilitate training for internal teams and rectify deviations from agreed service levels. Actively ensure compliance with all regulatory policies and participate in required corporate training.
Required Qualifications
- degree from a four-year college (e.g., B.A., B.S.)
- minimum of five years of technical experience
- Familiarity with corporate ERP systems
- Familiarity with purchase requisition systems
- Familiarity with receiving and payable systems
- Familiarity with general ledger accounting systems
- Superior customer servicing skills
- Superior consulting skills
- An understanding of market-leading services to conduct Web or wireless payments
- An understanding of electronic data reporting
- PC skills to include Microsoft
- PC skills to include PowerPoint
- PC skills to include Excel
- Excellent ability to multi-task

- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
