Commerical Business Manager

Develop additional business opportunities by selling preventative maintenance and priority care programs to existing and prospective commercial customers. Spend the majority of time in the field visiting clients to establish relationships while overseeing the commercial jetting and sales team. Manage productivity of jet technicians and field supervisors to ensure attainment of performance goals, providing coaching to those not meeting published targets. Conduct job completion follow-ups to ensure satisfactory work and oversee scheduling to guarantee adequate manpower coverage. Assist the National Sales Team with processing work orders and ensuring standardized paperwork procedures are followed. Join local trade associations and participate in tradeshows when applicable.
