Job Summary
Manage tender projects and construction team initiatives alongside the commercial manager, focusing on technical development and coordination with internal advisors and departments. Ensure timely information delivery from all stakeholders while managing expectations through clear communication to prevent misunderstandings. Leverage analytical skills and technical insight to resolve complex issues and maintain project oversight. Requires an HBO diploma in technical business or civil engineering, several years of relevant experience, strong MS Office proficiency, and excellent Dutch language skills (German/English preferred). Full-time role in Arnhem for a fast-growing organization delivering turn-key commercial real estate projects across the Benelux.
Required Qualifications
- HBO diploma, bijvoorbeeld in de richting (technische) bedrijfskunde, bouwkunde
- Enkele jaren professionele relevante ervaring
- Een sterk analytisch inzicht
- Goede kennis van MS Office
- Zeer goede communicatie- en teamvaardigheden
- Hoge mate van betrokkenheid, initiatief, onafhankelijke en gestructureerde manier van werken
- Een flexibele werkhouding
