Job Summary
Conduct customer support and technical advice for garage mechanics via phone, online, and in-person. Promote online sales, optimize operational processes, and assist with ICT, marketing, and garage formulas using the PARTS360 platform. Maintain strong client relationships while managing a diverse workload across multiple channels. Work 40 hours per week with Saturday shifts, located in the Utrecht area. Requires a completed MBO education, valid driver's license, and specialized knowledge of automotive technology and materials.
Required Qualifications
- minimaal een afgeronde mbo opleiding
- in bezit van rijbewijs B
- specialistische kennis van autotechniek en automaterialen
- kunt werken met digitale systemen
- kunt zelfstandig een goed verkoopgesprek voeren met diverse klantgroepen
- woont in de omgeving van Utrecht
- saturdaydiensten (niet wekelijks)
