Manage daily customer contact via phone and email, acting as the primary point of contact for technical advice and sales opportunities. Proactively approach clients for needs assessment, welcome new customers, and handle order processing and invoicing in collaboration with field service. Advise on projects from start to finish while maintaining up-to-date customer data in Dynamics CE. Identify and convert commercial leads into actionable opportunities to build long-term loyalty. Requires MBO+ level, technical affinity, and experience with Microsoft Dynamics CE and Excel. Full-time role with a salary range of €3,045–€4,296, offering 25 vacation days, profit sharing, and extensive training through Skill Up.
