Job Summary
Lead end-to-end commercialization projects for new product launches, reformulations, packaging changes, and market expansions across Southeast Asia. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones while coordinating cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Regulatory Affairs to ensure on-time delivery. Act as the primary liaison between global R&D and regional commercial functions, managing co-manufacturer production trials, validation runs, and regulatory submissions. Monitor supply chain risks, support demand planning, and drive continuous improvement through post-launch reviews and standardized project methodologies. This remote position requires a Bachelor's degree and 5–8 years of FMCG commercialization experience to manage complex, concurrent launches while maintaining strict quality and compliance standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Project Management, or a related discipline
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in commercialization, project management, product launch, operations, supply chain, or R&D coordination within the FMCG, beverage, food, or consumer goods industry
Desired Qualifications
- Experience managing product launches across multiple Southeast Asian markets
- Prior experience working with co-manufacturers, contract packers, or third-party manufacturing partners
- Experience with project management tools, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office applications
